How It Works
When you work with Spawts, we support you and your clinic at every step:
Contact us to get started.
We’ll provide you with fresh clay Pawkits, brochures, samples, and a wholesale price list. We're here for any questions your team has and can even do a virtual demo to introduce Spawts to your clinic. When you partner with Spawts, you're taking an important and active role in honouring the lives of your client's pets. Having clay on hand also means your clients can capture their pets paw at any stage of life.
You take the print yourself, in house.
Once your client orders a Spawts keepsake, open one of our fresh clay Pawkits to take an impression. Follow the directions on the included plastic card to take your print, and see our quick how-to video if you'd like a few tips and tricks.
Put the impression back into the resealable packaging & fill out an order card.
Fill out an order card for each impression. Place the order card inside the Pawkit bag and seal shut.
Send us the impression.
Mail your completed impressions to Spawts Studio by requesting a waybill from Spawts OR by using your preferred mail service (if using Purolator, please list the delivery window as M-F, 8 am to 4 pm). Our weekly production cycle begins every Tuesday morning.

We'll send back your completed order(s)!
Authenticity and accuracy matter to us as much as to you and your clients. Our detailed systems ensure that the impression your client receives back is the impression you sent us. Once your full order has passed our quality assurance checks, we’ll mail everything back (return shipping is covered on orders of 4 or more impressions). We'll also include the same number of fresh clay Pawkits as you sent us, ensuring you always keep fresh clay on hand.
We'll invoice you monthly.
Monthly invoices are emailed by the 15th of the month for all orders received in the previous month. If you have questions about what you see, let us know!
