REVIEW CARRIER INSTRUCTIONS

PUROLATOR FORM Link

  • Your primary clinic email has been pre-registered in our Purolator returns system.
    Follow the steps below to activate your account and set your password:

    1. Click the Purolator Form Link button.

    2. Click Login.

    3. Before logging in, select Register Now (below the email field).

    4. Complete the registration form:

      • First Name: Enter your Clinic Name

      • Last Name: Enter the Sender’s First Name

    5. Submit the form. You’ll receive a Verify Email Address message from Purolator — click the link to verify.

    6. Create your Password and Security Question, then save.

    7. You’ll receive a Successful Registration email — click Login.
      Tip: Check “Keep me signed in” for convenience.

    8. Verify your login using the one-time code sent to your email.

    9. Proceed to the Purolator Waybill Instructions below.

  • Once your account as been registered using the steps above, refer to this process for all future shipments.

    1. Click on the Purolator Form Link button and login with your clinic details.

    2. In the search bar, type ‘Pawkit’.

    3. Enter the total quantity of Pawkits you're sending back (including dry clay) and click ‘Continue’.

    4. Choose a ‘Reason for Return’ * Please avoid using the comments section for order specific details.

    5. Add your clinic’s address and save it as your default to make future shipments easier. Click Continue.

    6. Review all details carefully. If everything looks correct, click Continue again to view your shipping details.

    7. Choose from one of two options for shipping:

      • Printed Label: Attach the printed label to your package. You can schedule a pickup or drop it off at Purolator.

      • QR Code: Bring your package and show the QR code from your email at Purolator. They’ll print and attach the label for you.

      Purolator will process your parcel once submitted and provide your tracking number.
